Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines: Global Open Access Journal of Science (GOAJS)

Thank you for considering Global Open Access Journal of Science (GOAJS) for the publication of your work. Please carefully read the following submission guidelines before submitting your manuscript.

Submission Categories

We accept original contributions including:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Case Studies
  • Short Communications
  • Editorials
  • Special Issue Articles

Manuscript Preparation

  1. General Structure
  • Title: Clear, concise, and relevant to the study.
  • Abstract: Maximum 250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: 4-6 keywords separated by commas.
  • Main Text: Should include Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
  • References: APA, Vancouver, or journal-specific style (provide consistency throughout).
  1. Formatting
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.5 cm) on all sides
  • Page Numbers: Bottom-right corner.

Figures and Tables

  • Submit figures in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Tables should be editable, not as images.
  • Number figures and tables consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1).

Ethical Compliance

  • All submitted articles must adhere to ethical standards in research.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Articles with more than 15% similarity will be rejected.
  • For studies involving humans or animals, appropriate ethical approvals must be provided.

Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Authors can expect initial decisions within 2-3 weeks of submitting their work.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • GOAJS is an open-access journal.
  • A minimal APC is required upon acceptance to cover publication costs.
    (Waiver requests may be considered for authors from low-income countries.)
