Submission Guidelines
Submission Preparation Checklist
- Each manuscript should be accompanied by an abstract of about 220 to 250 words.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration elsewhere.
- Cover Letter and Authorship Agreement Form must be carefully filled and submitted.
- The manuscript should not exceed 9000 words.
- Authors must be aware of Open Access and Article Processing Charges (APC).
- The submission file must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) format using the provided template.
- Manuscripts must comply with the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the author guidelines.
- Non-compliance may result in rejection or processing delays.
Submission Requirements
- File Setup: Ensure all files are anonymized. Remove author names and document properties.
- Accepted File Formats: Microsoft Word (Office 2010+). Template available.
- Title: Maximum 95 characters including spaces.
- Author Details: Submit in a separate file including full name, affiliation, email, and ORCID.
- Abstract: Up to 250 words. Avoid citations, abbreviations, or statistical values.
- Keywords: Provide 5 to 7 relevant keywords.

Example: Author 1: Conceptualization, Data Collection, Writing. Author 2: Validation, Editing. Author 3: Supervision, Project Administration.
Figures and Tables
All figures and tables must include captions and relevant ethics statements (if applicable).
Text Formatting and Headings
- Use Times New Roman, 10 pt.
- Numbered sections: 1, 1.1, 1.1.1.
- First paragraph not indented; subsequent paragraphs indented by 1 cm.
- Use italics for first-use specialized terms and foreign words.
Artwork and Illustrations
- Submit high-quality electronic figures in EPS, TIFF, or MS Office files.
- Use bold, clear lines and embed fonts in vector graphics.
- Obtain permission for reused figures.
Accessibility Requirements
- Provide descriptive captions for all figures.
- Use patterns in addition to colors for clarity.
- Ensure good contrast in figure text and graphics.
Generative AI Images
Please ensure all images comply with our policy on generative AI content.
Supplementary Information
- We accept multimedia files, spreadsheets, and zip archives.
- Supplementary files must be referenced in-text and properly labeled (e.g., Online Resource 1).
- Provide clear, concise captions for each supplementary file.
Citations and References
- Use APA 6th edition for all references.
- In-text examples: (Kennedy, 2003), (Kennedy, 2003, 2005; James, 2017).
- Use EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley, or Reference Manager for formatting.
Biographical Note and Appendices
- Add a short author bio with a photo (150x200 pixels).
- Keep appendices brief and relevant.
